Membership is open to organizations and also individuals who are engaged in HR functions, that is HR practitioners, academicians, consultants, general practitioners, senior managers, line managers and those who are committed to excellence in people management. Process of Membership Application

  • Complete the membership form and return to MIHRM.
  • MIHRM informs applicant in writing.
  • Membership Certificates awarded upon written acceptance.

Eligibility 
Ordinary Member

  •  To qualify for Ordinary Membership, the Council may take into consideration such factors as age, experience, qualifications and position of the applicant in Human Resource Management and admit him / her as an Ordinary Member. An Ordinary Member shall be issued with an Ordinary Membership Certificate and shall be entitled to use the designation “Member of the Malaysia Institute of Human Resource Management (MMIHRM)” after his / her name.

Life Member

  •  Any person who is an Ordinary Member may apply to become a Life Member by paying a one-time prescribed fee of RM1,000.00 and no further subscription is payable thereafter.
